I'm feeling nice today, so I added the first-ever benefit to having a high normal rank... the ability to moderate quotes. If your rank is Topi or above, you will see the option to moderate the quote queue in the Quotes menu. It takes 5 positive or negative votes to accept or reject a quote, and you are not allowed to vote twice or vote for a quote that you submitted. This is currently very much a trial setup, the numbers may be tweaked a bit, and it may disappear if it's abused or doesn't work out. But for now... have fun.
